On the basis of the administrative council resolution 14/6/1 of the Studierendenwerk Thüringen of 26.3.2010 the students of the TU Ilmenau - represented by the student council - agree on the following regulations with the canteen manager - Mrs. C. Röhner:

§ 1 – Scope

  1. In order to support the promotion of student events, the display of advertising media (flyers) on tables in the Ilmenau refectories is permitted free of charge.

  2. The display of flyers is not permitted in room IV of the Ehrenberg refectory, in deviation from the underlying administrative council resolution.

  3. The Student Council shall provide the manager with a list of student associations and initiatives that are to be permitted to fly free of charge. This list contains the current contact details and it is updated by the student council at the beginning of each semester.

§ 2 – Guidelines on the content of flyers

  1. The content of the flyers should follow the rules of conduct of the German Advertising Council.

  2. If the German Advertising Council has found a contradiction to the rules of conduct, an application can be made to the Student Council to issue a warning to the respective institution. The Student Council decides by absolute majority.

  3. If an institution is warned by the Student Council, permission to fly may be withdrawn.

§ 3 – Display and collection

  1. A maximum of one flyer per event may be displayed per table. The flyers should not be displayed before 10:00 am.

  2. By displaying flyers, the flyer displayer undertakes to collect them by 1.45 p.m. on the same day. The responsible association must be recognisable on the flyer.

  3. Flyers from other clubs, which are collected in the spirit of solidarity for other clubs, can be deposited in the StuRa office (room 013, house A).

§ 4 – Duty to inform

  1. The Student Council informs the eligible associations and initiatives about this agreement.

  2. The Studentenwerk will incorporate the regulation into the house rules of the refectory.

This regulation comes into force on the day after it is signed. The flyer regulations were adopted at the Student Council meeting on 27.04.2022. (Resolution number 31/38-S01)
